Olive You was created to help people find each other and fall in love who might never have met under normal circumstances. We believe that if more people in the world have love in their life, the world would be a better and more peaceful place. Love should be a basic human right! We also didn't like how large corporations profited on people's emotions by charging exhorbitant fees just to contact other members, no guarantee of love whatsoever! We found this rather impersonal, and it reduced love to a commodity. By making a personals site free to both post and respond, we feel that we can bring greater joy into thousands of lives throughout the world. A major goal was to incorporate the varied existence of all humanity, throughout cultures and lifestyles, and provide features which aren't found on standard personals sites.
